SERVICING

TrackVRoad offer 2 levels of servicing for your TVR; the TVR factory Schedule, and our own TrackVRoad low-mileage schedule.

TVR FACTORY SCHEDULE

This is a full main dealer service carried out by our factory trained technicians which meets the terms of the manufacturers approved warranty schemes so not invalidating your cars warranty.

TrackVRoad SCHEDULE

TVR owners have a history of covering low mileage within a 12 month period so TVR scheduled services are often overlooked allowing problem elements of missed services to accumulate into the service bill "you didn't want" and I'm sure you have had in the past. The main purpose of the annual inspection of your TVR is to inspect all areas of deterioration especially rubber components, fluids and lubricants. With all this in mind the TrackVRoad low mileage service is tailored to cars covering 3000 miles or less per year.

THE SERVICE

The schedule is carried out to the same factory dictated schedule but some elements of the schedule have been tailored to the needs of low mileage cars. It includes all the checking and adjusting elements of the TVR factory schedule with some elements reduced to "check and advise customer" allowing a "full" and "uncompromised" service to be carried out at a substantially reduced price to the owners of low mileage cars. If necessary we will also include a "further works needed" report to all owners allowing owners to spread the cost of non-essential work to when it is actually needed.

  • We do not include tappet adjustments in our fixed price menu. TVR state tappet adjustment should be completed every 12k miles. Experience has shown us that very often they need adjustment between services and for this reason we will advise each customer on an individual basis.
